Release of Liability Agreement

By booking a session with Megan Rose Healing (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), You (“Client,” “You,” or “Your”) acknowledge and agree to the following Release of Liability Agreement. Please read carefully before scheduling Your appointment.

1. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION

By engaging in any service provided by Megan Rose Healing, You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your participation is voluntary, and You are solely responsible for Your own well-being before, during, and after the session.
  • The services provided, including but not limited to womb healing sessions, embodiment practices, somatic work, and energy healing, are intended for personal growth, relaxation, and self-awareness but do not replace professional medical, psychological, or legal services.
  • You understand that this session is not a medical treatment, therapy, or diagnosis, and no guarantees are made regarding any specific results or outcomes.

2. HEALTH & WELL-BEING DISCLAIMER

  • Sessions may involve gentle movement, breathwork, emotional processing, or energetic shifts, which can bring up emotions, physical sensations, or subconscious memories.
  • You acknowledge that it is Your responsibility to listen to Your body, honor Your limits, and seek medical or psychological support if needed.
  • If You have a history of trauma, medical conditions, pregnancy, or any concerns regarding Your emotional or physical health, You must consult with a qualified healthcare professional before participating in any session.
  • If at any point You feel discomfort, overwhelmed, or need to stop, You understand that You have the full right to do so.

3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By scheduling and participating in a session, You expressly agree to release, waive, and discharge Megan Rose Healing, its owners, practitioners, employees, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, damages, or losses, including but not limited to:

  • Any physical, emotional, or psychological responses experienced during or after the session.
  • Any injuries, discomfort, or adverse effects arising from self-guided exercises or embodiment practices.
  • Any perceived or actual outcomes resulting from the application of session teachings or practices.

You fully understand that You are participating at Your own risk and assume full responsibility for any consequences.

4. NO MEDICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH ADVICE

  • The sessions provided by Megan Rose Healing are for educational, energetic, and personal exploration purposes only.
  • These sessions do not constitute medical care, psychotherapy, counseling, or legal advice.
  • If You experience distress, discomfort, or require professional assistance, You are solely responsible for seeking appropriate licensed care.
  • Participation in a session does not establish a client-practitioner relationship beyond the agreed-upon session.

5. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Megan Rose Healing, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, legal disputes, or losses that may arise from Your participation in a session.

You acknowledge that Megan Rose Healing is not responsible for any actions or decisions You make after a session and will not be held liable for any consequences.

6. NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES

  • You acknowledge that healing and embodiment work is a personal and individual process, and no specific results or transformations are guaranteed.
  • The effectiveness of any practice or session depends on Your own commitment, integration, and personal journey.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

  • All information shared during sessions is treated with strict confidentiality and will not be disclosed without Your consent, except as required by law.
  • You understand that electronic communications (emails, Zoom, etc.) are not always secure, and You accept any risks associated with online interactions.

8. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

Megan Rose Healing reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if:

  • You exhibit disrespectful, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior.
  • You violate any of the terms outlined in this Agreement.
  • Your needs exceed the scope of practice offered, and a referral to another professional is recommended.

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
  • Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before legal proceedings.

10. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By booking and participating in a session with Megan Rose Healing, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to this Release of Liability Agreement.
