Service Policy

By booking a service with Megan Rose Healing (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), You (“Client,” “You,” or “Your”) agree to the following Service Policy. Please read these terms carefully before scheduling an appointment.

1. APPOINTMENTS & BOOKING

• All services must be paid in full at the time of booking. No exceptions.
• Services are conducted in-person at:

  or online via Zoom.
• Appointments are scheduled based on Your selected time zone for virtual sessions. It is Your responsibility to ensure You are available at the correct time.

2. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

To ensure fairness and respect for Our time and other clients, the following cancellation and refund policies apply:

2.1 CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment:
  ✅ Eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no cost.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment:
  🔹 Eligible for a 50% refund or rescheduling at no cost.

2.2 RESCHEDULING POLICY

• Rescheduling requests made 12 hours or less before the appointment:
  ❌ No refund is issued, but You may still reschedule for a later date.

2.3 NO-SHOW POLICY

• If You do not arrive on time or within 10 minutes of the start of Your scheduled appointment, the session will be canceled with no refund.
• If You no-show without prior notice, You will no longer be eligible to book future appointments unless explicit communication is had regarding the missed session.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

• All clients must fill out the required client intake form prior to their appointment.
• If applicable, clients must also sign a contract before attending their session.
• For Zoom sessions, it is Your responsibility to have a stable internet connection and be present at the scheduled time.
• For in-person sessions, please arrive on time at the designated location.

4. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By booking a service with Megan Rose Healing, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Service Policy.
